Uterine is very important for leaders, Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that Pakistan has no other option other than a clean and transparent election. Decisions are made in closed rooms, mistakes are made by everyone, mistakes should be recognized and returned. He said that Utern is very important for generals and leaders.
On Saturday, Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan while addressing a function regarding freedom of expression in the federal capital said that we can never see the army weakened, a strong army is our asset. I only had the problem of fake news and personal ridicule from the media, no one is even afraid of personal ridicule in Pakistan, no journalist was picked during my time.
Khan Said:
He said that a senior journalist made allegations against me and went to court and for three years I did not get justice even as the Prime Minister. All three dictators in the country weakened institutions. When a dictator democratizes himself, he controls the media. There should have been an investigation into the American post, but it was tried to be suppressed. Talked to the army chief and then DGIS several times about the issue of missing persons. Off-law did not come, until they are brought under the law, the problems will not be solved.
The former prime minister said that there are two strong foundations of democracy in Britain on which it stands. The first is law enforcement and moral values, both of which are absent in Pakistan. The third thing is freedom of expression. He said that the real problem of Pakistan is non-enforcement of law, there is a separate law for minors and there is a separate law for adults. All are not equal under the law, that is our failure.
Chairman PTI further said that western democracy today stands on the principles of Madinah state and there is rule of law. Britain has morals, that’s why there is democracy there. There is freedom of expression, no one is castigated because they have a better moral standard, but I have never seen this attitude in Pakistan. Boris Johnson, who won by a huge majority in Britain, was sacked for telling lies, but here Shahbaz Sharif and his son were about to be indicted, so they were made Prime Minister and Chief Minister.
