Singer Misha Shafi’s appeal is scheduled for hearing in the Supreme Court

Islamabad: Misha Shafi’s appeal for cross-examination on video link in the sexual harassment case has been fixed for hearing in the Supreme Court.

A two-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will hold the hearing on September 2.

Singer Misha Shafi’s plea was rejected by the trial court and the High Court after which she approached the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court has issued notices to the parties including actor and singer Ali Zafar.
