Insolence on the part of another BJP member of assembly in honor of Prophet Muhammad SW

Hyderabad: Another member of the assembly of the ruling party BJP in India insulted the honor of the Holy Prophet SW, after which he was arrested as a result of strong protests by Muslims.

According to the Indian media, T. Raja Singh, a Hindu extremist member of the BJP assembly from Telangana state, was arrested for insulting the Prophet Muhammad SW. According to the police, a case of insulting religious beliefs has been registered against T. Raja Singh after intense protests last night.

Protests started in various areas including Hyderabad and outside police stations after the video of the BJP leader’s insulting comment went viral. The protestors said that T Raja Singh has hurt the sentiments of Muslims by insulting the glory of the Prophet.

The protestors were demanding the immediate arrest of the insolent MLA, after which the police took action and arrested T Raja Singh.
