Allama Iqbal Open University exams will start from September 1
Islamabad: The final examinations of Allama Iqbal Open University’s spring semester 2022 matriculation, FA and ICom programs will start simultaneously across the country from September 1 and will continue till October 3.
According to the Controller of Examinations Mian Muhammad Riaz, the date sheet has been uploaded on the university website while the roll number slips have been uploaded to the students’ CMS account. Roll number slips have also been sent by post to the addresses provided by the students. Exams have also been notified to the concerned students through mobile SMS.
The entrance test for admission to PhD, MPhil and Commonwealth of Learning MBA/MPA programs will be held from 26th to 31st August at the Academic Complex of the University. The first merit list will be released on the university website on 5th September, the last date for fee submission will be 9th September. The second merit list will be released on the university website on September 12. The last date for fee submission of the selected candidates in the second merit list will be September 16.
Director of the Department of Interior Syed Zia Al Hussain says that in the light of the instructions of the Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Zia Al Qayyum, special care will be taken to ensure transparency in compiling the merit lists. The admissions for the second phase of semester autumn 2022 will also start from September 1. The academic programs offered in this phase will include B.Ed, BS, BA (Associate Degree), BBA and Certificate courses. Prospectus and admission form of the programs offered in the second phase are available on the University website. but will be made available on September 1. The admission form for any program can be submitted only through online mode.
